JASPA Awards - Outstanding Graduate Assistant

The  Ignatian Medal for the Outstanding Graduate Assistant in Jesuit Student Affairs is conferred on individuals who have distinguished themselves in the early years of their careers. A graduate assistant is defined as a person currently enrolled in either a Master’s or doctoral graduate program while simultaneously working a part-time graduate assistantship. Ignatian Medal recipients may have demonstrated a high level of skill or ability, or have shown an early record of success which stands above the norm, or have demonstrated strong promise as an emerging professional in Student Affairs. Established the spring of 2013, this award is given annually to a graduate assistant who demonstrates a strong commitment to Jesuit Student Affairs.
